Job Title: Caregiver for Adult Male with Autism (Afternoons/Evenings)

Location: Waterford, MI

Compensation: Weekly Pay + Paid Training
Schedule: Afternoon and Evening Shifts (Part-Time)

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient caregiver to support a 23-year-old adult male with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one care in a supportive and respectful manner, helping to foster independence, comfort, and a positive daily routine.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living skills and structured activities

• Support behavioral and communication goals

• Ensure safety and well-being during shifts

• Engage in community outings and recreational activities

• Skill building and verbal prompting with chores and meal preparation

Qualifications:

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred (but not required)

• Must be 18 years or older

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Strong communication skills and a calm, positive demeanor

• Willingness to complete paid training
