Job Alert: Direct Support Professional Wanted

New Gateways, Inc. in Waterford, MI is looking for a compassionate, team-oriented individual to join our staff as a Direct Support Professional. In this role, you'll support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities by assisting with daily personal care, engaging in community outings, and facilitating skill-building activities. We're looking for someone who is comfortable being on their feet and is eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Flexible daytime hours: Monday–Friday, 8a–3p

  • Starting pay: $16.00/hour

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Clean driving record
