Position: Community Living Support (CLS) Caregiver
Location: Waterford, Michigan
Schedule: Part-time (flexible hours)
Pay: $15.20–$16.20 per hour, paid weekly
Training: Paid training provided

We are seeking a dependable, encouraging caregiver to work one-on-one with a 14-year-old male in Waterford, MI. The caregiver will focus on building independent living skills, socialization, and appropriate community engagement. The client is verbal and wears pull-ups; training will be provided to ensure safe, confident care.

Responsibilities:

• Support the client in developing community living and daily independence skills

• Encourage positive social interactions in home and community settings

• Assist with hygiene routines, including pull-up changes

• Provide structured activities that build confidence, communication, and independence

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and consistent environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with teens or individuals with developmental disabilities is helpful (but not required—training provided)

• Comfortable assisting with personal care 

• Patient, reliable, and able to model positive social skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care guidelines

• Must pass standard background checks
