In this role, you will support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a structured day program setting, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections. What We Offer

• Monday–Friday daytime schedule (8:00 AM–3:00 PM)

• $16.00/hour starting pay

Key Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living skills and personal care

• Support community inclusion and structured activities

• Work collaboratively in a team/classroom environment

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging setting

• Drive a company vehicle as needed

What You’ll Need

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

• Comfort assisting with adult total personal care 

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
