We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient caregiver to provide afternoon support for a 9-year-old male with autism in Lincoln Park. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a calm, compassionate demeanor and a genuine interest in working with children with special needs.

📍 Location: Lincoln Park, MI
🕒 Schedule: Weekday afternoons after 330pm and weekends any time as needed.
💵 Compensation: Weekly pay
🎓 Training: Paid training provided

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, one-on-one care in a safe and supportive environment

• Assist with after-school routines, including snacks, calming activities, or play

• Use positive behavior strategies and communication techniques tailored to the child’s needs

• Maintain open communication with parents or guardians

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental differences

• A calm, patient, and reliable personality

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the child’s unique needs (training provided)

• Reliable transportation and availability for consistent weekday afternoons

• Ability to pass a background check
