Caregiver for 14-Year-Old Female with ADHD

Job Description:
We are seeking a patient and supportive caregiver to assist a 14-year-old female with ADHD. The caregiver will focus on developing social skills, initiating conversations, and promoting community inclusion. This position is perfect for someone who's outgoing and likes to have fun!

Must have experience with ADHD. 

Position: Caregiver (Respite Services)

Location: Madison Heights (Recipient’s Home and Community for activities/social engagement)

Schedule:

• Weekdays: Mondays and Thursdays 4:30 pm-7:30 pm 
• Weekends: Saturdays 11 am - 4 pm 

Pay Rate:

• Respite: $15.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with how to start a conversation
• Assistance with social interactions (activities, games, movies, arcade, bowling) 
• Promote community safety and awareness 
• Provide companionship and ensure a safe environment

Qualifications:

• Experience with ADHD
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Must pass a background check
• Canidate must have reliable transportation
• Must have car insurance and valid driver's license
