Weekend Caregiver Needed – Madison Heights, MI
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a child with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in Madison Heights, Michigan.
Position Details:
Schedule: Weekends
Pay: Competitive pay, paid weekly
Training: Paid training provided
Start Date: Within two weeks of hire
Responsibilities:
Provide a calm, supportive, and structured environment
Engage the child in positive, therapeutic activities
Help with daily routines, meals, and supervision
Use trauma-informed care approaches (training provided)
Communicate regularly with parent/guardian
Qualifications:
Experience with children or individuals with PTSD, trauma, or behavioral/emotional needs preferred (training available)
Kind, patient, and emotionally supportive demeanor
Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
