Caregiver for 19-Year-Old Male

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver for a 19-year-old male in Royal Oak with Cerebral Palsy and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. He is non-verbal and uses a communication device. This role involves total care, including adult briefing, and support with staying on task, leisure activities, safety skills, and community inclusion. The home is non-smoking, has one small dog, and includes no siblings.

The schedule includes Fridays from 3:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. and 4-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, totaling 12 hours per week. If you are patient, reliable, and passionate about supporting individuals in building independence and meaningful engagement, we encourage you to apply.
