Schedule: Afternoons & Evenings (Flexible start times in the afternoons)
Compensation: $16.05 - $19.05/hour (based on case assignment)

About the Role

As a caregiver, you’ll:

• Provide one-on-one support for children with special needs in their homes and nearby community spaces.
• Assist with daily routines like hygiene and household tasks while encouraging independence.
• Help teach life skills, such as completing chores and following directions.
• Create a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters personal growth.
• Follow individualized care plans and training guidelines.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for caregivers who are:

• At least 18 years old.
• Comfortable working in a client’s home and local areas like parks or libraries.
• Reliable and able to stick to a consistent schedule.
• Patient, empathetic, and great at communicating.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Available to complete required online training and attend two in-person sessions in Troy, MI.

Previous experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus but not required.
