📍 Location: Farmington, MI
🕒 Schedule: Daytime hours (part-time available)
💰 Pay: 15.20- 16.20 — paid weekly
🎓 Training: Paid training provided

About the Position:
We are seeking a patient, reliable, and compassionate Caregiver to support a 45-year-old male with autism in his daily routines and community activities. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping others, providing structure, and promoting independence in a respectful and positive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support with daily living activities and personal care as needed

• Assist with community outings, hobbies, and skill-building activities

• Encourage social interaction and communication

• Help maintain a safe and supportive environment

• Follow individualized care and behavior support plans

• Communicate effectively with family and/or care team

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient

• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus (not required — training provided)

• Must pass a background check

• Reliable transportation required
