Job Title: Caregiver for Teen with Autism (Afternoons)
Location: Troy, MI

Pay: 15- 17.20, Weekly pay 
Training: Paid training provided

Job Overview:
We are looking for a caring and dependable caregiver to support a 15-year-old female with non-verbal autism in the afternoons. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with teens and has a calm, compassionate presence. You’ll help create a structured and engaging environment tailored to her needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care and supervision

• Assist with routines, activities, and transitions

• Encourage communication using gestures, visuals, or assistive devices

• Maintain a calm, structured, and safe atmosphere

• Follow care strategies provided by the family or therapists

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with autism or non-verbal individuals (preferred, not required)

• Patience, reliability, and strong communication skills

• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check

• Own transportation required

Schedule:

• Afternoons needed (exact hours discussed during interview)

• Weekends available
