Position Details
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Schedule: Weekends required (part-time)
Pay: $16.00 – $18.35 per hour, paid weekly
Training: Paid training provided
Responsibilities
Provide supervision and support in daily activities
Offer companionship and engage in appropriate recreational activities
Maintain a safe, structured environment
Communicate any concerns or updates to the family
Provide respite by ensuring the family member can take necessary breaks
Qualifications
Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Patient, calm, and reliable
Strong communication skills
Must meet standard background check requirements
