Residential Caregiver - Afternoons

In this role, you will help individuals build daily living skills, participate in household tasks, and engage in their communities—supporting personal growth, independence, and overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity for those interested in healthcare, education, or social services. 

Who We Serve 
We support individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities throughout Southeast Michigan. 

Position Details 

• Location: Battle Creek, MI 

• Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 4pm-12am

• Pay: $15.40 per hour 

• Work Setting: In-person

Qualifications: 

• Experience in caregiving preferred but not required 

• Must be dependable, patient, and respectful 

• Must be at least 18 years old 

• Must pass background check
