Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to work with teenagers with special needs in a supportive and structured environment located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals by providing care, guidance, and daily support tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and supervision to teens with developmental and/or behavioral challenges

• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, and medication reminders

• Implement individualized care plans and follow behavioral support strategies

• Engage in recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities

• Foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment

• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred but not required – training provided)

• Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
